Dmitri Job Agent is a private personal job-search tool used only by its owner. This policy explains how the application accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
Gmail: the app uses read-only Gmail access to identify and read job-alert emails, including LinkedIn job alerts and similar recruiting notifications.
Google Drive: the app uses Google Drive access to read the owner's master resume and related job-search documents, and to create, update, organize, or save application materials and folders requested by the owner.
Google user data is used only to support the owner's personal job-search workflow: extracting job opportunities, evaluating role fit, producing job-search summaries, and preparing application materials.
The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or make it available to unrelated third parties. Selected job-alert content and document content necessary for the requested workflow may be processed by service providers used to operate the application, including OpenAI for language-model processing and Render for application hosting. These providers are used only to perform the owner's requested job-search functions.
Generated application documents are stored in the owner's Google Drive. Operational job-search state may be stored in the app's private persistent storage on Render. OAuth credentials and API secrets are stored as private environment variables and are not published in source code.
Data is retained only as needed for the personal job-search workflow. The owner can delete generated files from Google Drive, remove stored application data, or revoke the app's Google access at any time through Google Account security settings.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the owner's requested job-search functionality and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
